How does it work?

• Download the Zip file, unzip and save locally.

• Follow the “instructions.txt” file for the password to open the excel file.

• Answer the set of questions for each Clause within the excel worksheets.

• Review the heat map, which is based upon your responses to the questions and associated scoring.

The heat map will reveal opportunities for improvement relative to each each cluase and also any specific aspects for consideration.
