Weekly Newsletter – w/e 15th May 2020
So, what’s the latest?
The Risk and Safety Professionals (RASP) Forum
In April 2020, I revisited an old LinkedIn Group created way back in 2019. The basis for this Group (or Forum) was to make an “info hub” for RASP. I wanted to avoid/ minimise those annoying commercial and “vanity” messages. Hope that doesn’t sound too harsh.
We are increasing in numbers and I am really grateful to Andi, Gemma, Irada, Javi and Mohamed for their help in “pruning” content (in alphabetical order – first name).
In the near future, we are planning RASP podcasts, videos etc on topics that really matter for RASP Forum members.

Opinion Survey for May
Simple survey that follows up on a question from the April Survey. The question is:
To date, we have 49 people take part. This survey will close at the end of this month (May 2020) and I will share the results in June.
Hope you can take part and allow us to focus on meaningful technical content.
Live Streaming Events
Following on from our live event “The Future for Behaviour Based Safety (BBS)”, we have created a feedback survey so that we can make it focused and specific for the next live event (with Dom, Scott and Tim).
The survey link was emailed earlier this week to participants only. If you have not received this email, pls let me know.
NEXT LIVE EVENT IS IN JUNE: The title is “Risk Management Fundamentals”.
It’s a modified version of the f-2-f training that I provide for Clients who want a high level overview on risk management.
For many, this might be very basic content…maybe? Some have been surprised at what they heard and found out.
This week’s YouTube video
This week, I focused on a question being asked by some of my Clients and that question is related to Risk and Safety Management Post COVID-19.
It’s a helicopter view and focuses on risk assessment (i.e., identification, analysis and evaluation as defined within ISO 31000). This video is a precursor for the live event mentioned above.
Thank you for your continued support.
