Risk Based Process Safety (RBPS) Gap Analysis Tool

This Gap Analysis Tool (GAT) is based on the Chemical Center for Process Safety (CCPS) Risk Based Process Safety (RBPS) Framework.

The GAT covers requirements for each of the 20 Elements withing the 4 Pillars. The four pillars include:

1. Commit to process safety
2. Understand hazards and risk
3. Manage risk
4. Learn from experience

The output of the GAT is shown as a Heat Map, which is useful to share and communicate findings for improvement.
