Dr Larry Senn is a pioneer in the field of corporate culture. He has been on a mission to make “culture shaping” an everyday practice of companies around the world. His purpose is to inspire leaders and organisations to live life at their best.

Larry has been called The Father of Corporate Culture. He has worked with c-Suite Leaders, helping to them to shape culture and performance improvement.

He has worked with dozens of Fortune 100 CEOs, as well as Governors of States, Members of US President’s Cabinets, and with Presidents at some of the largest universities in the US to help transform and enhance the spirit and performance of their organizations.

Larry received the “Thought Leader on Trust In America” Award in 2019. He has a BS in Engineering and an MBA in Systems from the University of California Los Angeles (UCLA) and Doctor of Business in Organisational Behaviour from the University of Southern California (USC).

Larry has written 8 books including 2 on Leadership, 3 on Corporate Culture including the best-seller Winning Teams Winning Cultures and 3 on Human peak performance including the best-seller “The Mood Elevator“,

Larry’s Clients include over 120 Fortune 500 CEOs and their teams as well as hundreds of mid-sized around the world.

On a personal note, Larry runs 6 triathlons a year and is very active in the marriage between mind and body. He lives in Huntington Beach California and enjoys spending time in Hawaii and Wisconsin in the outdoors and with friends and family.
